Chip Module Pre-Personalization System
Mühlbauer’s chip module encoding and testing system CMT 6560 is designed for counting, testing and initializing IC Modules on standard 35 mm tapes.
High-speed test handling or module counting with up to 65,000 modules per hour can be realized through the synchronization of test and pre-personalization. The testing of contact, contactless, dual interface and single or multirow modules is achieved with the best performance and yield in the market by using Mühlbauer’s MCES, the same high-end reader systems such as Mühlbauer’s card personalization systems. Alternatively smartware and even micropross readers are available upon request.
