Smart Card Milling System
Mühlbauer’s Smart Card milling system SCM 501 is used for automatic milling of cavities for IC Modules in plastic cards. This system provides a very economical card milling process for small and medium sized production tasks. Flexibility and modularity are the main benefits of this system which provides a variety of options including dual interface production. Producing standard cavities, the SCM 501 can reach a throughput of up to 3,500 cards per hour.
