The new DS ALBATROSS is the flagship of big die and multi bin sorting I one system. It is equipped with latest Industry 4.0 standards including robotic systems for material handling; automatic tool changer, cleaning stations, multifold input and output load ports and is GEM300 compliant, which is the highest level of semiconductor Software Automation. The special die sorting system includes full AOI (Automatic Optical Inspection) capability, sidewalls inspection and surface inspections to guarantee 100% high-quality output.
