Infrared (IR) Light Inspection

The Vision inspection is updated to the latest state of the art- infrared inspection. Compared to visible light where could be seen only surface, IR light see the inner defects. It helps to reduce over killed rate. We have already IR Sidewall, IR backside, post place IR, after seal IR and laser groove inspection down to 5µm. Now, we are capable of using different IR wavelengths.
