PACKSTAR
条带塑封系统
PACKSTAR是一款卷对卷、独立的、多通道条带塑封设备，通过机电压力工作，用于35毫米引线框架条带的成型。设备具备离线清洗功能，因此最大程度的增加了正常生产运行时间，35毫米条带塑封时间小于16秒（该时间不包括环氧树脂及产品特有的转换及凝固时间）。
