Sheet Lamination System for PVC & PC Volume Production
Mühlbauer's LP 5570/ecoLINE laminating system is perfectly suited for PVC and PC volume production tasks. It is designed for the lamination of pre-lams, holder pages, and similar products such as plastic cards, smart cards, and contactless cards. The system meets the latest requirements for cost-effectiveness as well as product and process quality. All important process parameters such as temperature, pressure and cycle time are continuously and individually controlled. These features enable lamination under optimum conditions with all common card materials such as ABS, PVC, PC, PET, PETG, PS, PE and PP. An available option is the weight compensation for the hot press, which enables the lamination of plastic cards. The LP 5570/ ecoLINE can be configured with eight or ten openings and both systems are capable of accommodating between six and twelve layers per opening, depending on the production material.
