ASC 2900
Automatic Sheet Collating System
Mühlbauer's ASC 2900 is a fully automatic, completely flexible sheet collating system. Due to its modular design, the system can collate up to five core layers from the sheet and two overlays from the reel. The high precision optical collation process makes this machine suitable for contactless, dual interface and other high level cards such as ID or EMV applications. This fully automated system offers a throughput of up to 700 sheets per hour. Despite the machine's full automation, the ASC 2900 allows the manufacturer flexibility in use. Easy transition between different materials and processing of up to five core layers allow programming of a variety of product configurations.
