Card Punching System
Mühlbauer's CP 2021/A and CP 2021/M fully and semi-automatic card punching systems are designed for punching smart cards from sheets. The systems enable high-quality, high-volume production of ID-1 cards with the ability to die-cut a wide range of materials, including polycarbonate. The powerful hydraulic punching systems ensure continuous precision with alignment to the print mark. The tooling is well-proven and has an extremely long service life. The ability to choose from 1-, 2-, 3-, 4- or 5-cavity die-cutting layouts provides flexibility, and the optimized design allows for quick and easy changeover times. Depending on configuration and material, these systems can achieve throughputs of up to 31,000 cards per hour.
