Card Punching System
Mühlbauer's CP 202 fully automatic card punching system is designed for punching plastic cards from sheets. The system is suitable for medium to high volume production of standard ID-1 cards. The electrically driven punching system ensures continuous precision in alignment with the print mark and the tools are well proven and have an extremely long service life. The ability to choose between 3-up or 4-up die-cutting layouts provides flexibility. The optimized design allows for quick and easy changeovers over time. Depending on configuration and material, this system can achieve throughput of up to 16,000 cards per hour.
