Semi-Automatic Booklet Line
Mühlbauers halbautomatische Booklet Line (SABL) bietet höchste Flexibilität in der Produktion von Reisepässen und ePässen in Bezug auf: Produktentwicklung, Produktevaluierung und / oder kleine bis mittlere Produktionsmengen.
Die Standalone-Halbautomaten - SABL 100 RF, SABL 100 CS, SABL 100 LS, SABL 100 CF, SABL 100 BP, IDENTIFIER 60 PERSYS, SABL 100 IP - bilden ein hochflexibles Produktionssystem zum Zusammentragen und Heften, Laminieren und Kleben, Booklet-Finishing und Booklet-Vorpersonalisierung.
Broschüren werden auf der SABL-Linie im 2-up-Format verarbeitet, mit einem Durchsatz von bis zu 130 Pässen pro Stunde, abhängig von der verwendeten Materialvielfalt und/oder den angewandten Prozessparametern.
