Semiautomatic Sheet Collating System
Mühlbauer's machine concept of the SSC 200 is as simple as it is ingenious. Only one operator collects the master sheets and then aligns them manually on the adjustable stop pins. The machine works individually, regardless of material and thickness. Overlays are supplied from the top and bottom of the roll as required.
The manually collated master sheets are securely fixed to the automatically fed overlay by two ultrasonic welding systems before the complete set is cut and transferred to the output stacker. The SSC 200 is controlled from a control panel that can also store preset production configurations.
