Inlay Test Handling & Inlay Testing Systems
The ITH 540 Inlay Test Handler is a semi-automatic machine for testing transponders integrated in sheets. The system is proven, easy to use and offers the possibility to customize different sheet layouts. Testing and pre-personalization of RFID pre-laminated sheets, collated sheets, laminated sheets and inlay sheets has been greatly simplified. The integrated ETS interface for ergonomic operation guarantees convenient functionality for the user. Operating costs are reduced due to the machine's maintenance-friendly, durable design.
The IT 50 inlay tester is used to manually check the functionality of the transponders integrated in the sheets. The simple device offers maximum flexibility as it can be transported to any location and allows the operator to quickly check to see if the antenna is faulty. Two LEDs indicate the test result; green signifies a functional antenna, while red signifies a defect. Damaged antennas are then marked to ensure that all antennas used in production are fully functional.
