Card Punching System
Mühlbauer's fully and semi-automatic card punching systems CP 2007/A and CP2007/M are designed for punching plastic cards from sheets. The systems enable high-quality and high-volume production of cards from standard ID-1 material as well as specially shaped cards (depending on the tool design). The powerful hydraulic punching systems ensure continuous precision with alignment to the print mark. The tools are proven and have an extremely long service life. The ability to choose between up to six punch layouts provides flexibility, and the optimized design allows for quick and easy changeover times. Depending on configuration and material, these systems can achieve throughputs of up to 35,000 cards per hour.
