Card Inspection System
Mühlbauer's CI 100 is an economical, automatic inspection system for ID-1 plastic cards in a compact design. The basic system inspects the surface and prints on one side of the card. It provides an automated 100% inspection of each card with a throughput of up to 5,000 cards an hour. The system can detect print and surface deviations of plastic cards in real time. This inspection system is highly versatile and offers a variety of options that allow for customized configurations, such as double-sided print and surface inspection and an additional inspection station per side, e.g. UV or microtext.
