Card Inspection

The process includes inspection of the surface (scratches), printing (color deviation, position of elements in relation to the card edge or other elements, etc.), UV printing, holograms and even complex inspections such as variable ink. As the systems are designed for ID card projects, all inspection technologies of modern ID card machines are available, e.g. electrical inspection of contactless cards. The process optionally includes sorting of cards according to various criteria ( defective card sorting, layout sorting, etc.).
