IMPORTANT NOTE
Dear runners and Nordic walkers,
As the health of all our athletes, volunteers and sponsors is very important to us, we have to tell you with a heavy heart that this year's 16th Mühlbauer donation run, as well as the 2nd Europe Cup Challenge Trophy, the European Championship 10 kms and the 6th International German Nordic Walking Championship 10 kms cannot take place due to the current situation.
However, we hope that, as soon as the situation allows it, we will find an alternative date for the event.
Of course, we will inform you about the new date as soon as possible!

AWARD CEREMONY
All Runs at 05:00 p.m. in the festival tent
European Championship, Saturday, May 16th: The top 3 runners from every age group of the 10 km track will receive a european championship medal. The classification will be made according to the DLO every 5 years. The european championship rating is valid for 3 participants per age group. If there are less than 3 participants in that age group, these will be rated in the next younger age group. It's only one time possbile to be rated in the next younger age group. If there are still not enough participants at the results list, every age group will be rated outside the European championship rating.
Europe-Cup Challenge Trophy, Saturday, May 16th & Sunday, May 17th: The tracking will include both runs (Saturday, 10 KM Europe Championship and Sunday, 10 KM German Championship) as well as both times (Saturday, 10 KM Europe Championship and Sunday, 10 KM German Championship) for the final results. The top 3 runners from every age group of the 10 km track will receive a european championship medal. The classification will be made according to the DLO every 5 years. German Championship, Sunday, Mai 17: The top 3 runners from every age group of the h10 km track will receive a german championship medal. The classification will be made according to the DLO every ten years. The german championship rating is valid for 3 participants per age group. If there are less than 3 participants in that age group, these will be rated in the next younger age group. It's only one time possbile to be rated in the next younger age group. If there are still not enough participants at the results list, every age group will be rated outside the European championship rating.
Mixed team ranking (only German Championship): A team consist of maximum four members (two women and two men). Therefore, it must be determined before the event (last chance on May 17, 2020 at 08.30 a.m.) which members belong to which team.

Bib numbers can be picked up from May 11 to 15, 2020 between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm at City Fit Roding (Mühlbauer Group) or on the day of the event from 9:00 am onwards at the registration tent. They can also be picked up on May 16, 2020 at the registration tent from 09.00 a.m. as well as on May 17, 2020 at the registration tent from 08.00 a.m.

Parking:
On the day of the event, sufficient parking will be available in the marked areas.
Valuables:
Valuables and sport bags can be deposited at the starting/finishing area. The deposit and pick up is possible by showing your starting number. The organizer does not take responsibility for any valuables.
Cancellation / Refund:
In the case of a cancellation, the registration fee will not be refunded. The transfer of a starting number (changing or rewriting) is not permitted. No refund of the registration fee!
Liability exclusion:
In the event of participation in the European Championship 10 KM, 2nd Europe-Cup Challenge Trophy and 6th German Nordic Walking Championships (10-km) and respectively or the 16th Mühlbauer Charity Run, I acknowledge the exclusion of liability for damages of any kind of the organizer. I will not lodge any claim for damages or injury neither against the organiser or the sponsors of the event nor the municipality of Roding or its representatives, arising of my participation in the event. Hereby I confirm having trained sufficiently and being in a good physical condition. I agree that the information provided by registration, and any pictures, films or interviews made in conjunction with my participation in the event can be used in broadcasting, television, advertising, books and copies without any right to compensation from my side. I ensure the correctness of my date of birth and that I will not give my starting number to another person.
