Coin Inspect Flex Lab

Mühlbauer's new inspection solution COIN INSPECT FLEX LAB is the most versatile inspection solution for coins currently available.

Beside optical measures and an EMS sensor, the fully equipped version provides X-ray measurement, conductivity check and weighing of the coin. The modular concept of COIN INSPECT FLEX LAB gives you the full flexibility to exactly configure the inspection machine according to your specific needs.

COIN INSPECT FLEX LAB can be used for in-depth coin analysis (counterfeit detection, fitness check etc.) and the creation of large data bases for statistics, deep-learning, and calibration simulations. The machine operates either in laboratory mode (with X-ray, conductivity, and weighing) at a rate of approx. 10 coins/min or in high throughput mode (optical measures and EMS) at a rate of 1500 coins/min.

Four active ejectors enable sorting of the coins into four different categories according to the inspection result. The ejected coins always remain in the same order.
