Demographic & Biometric Data Capture
Applicants’ personal data can be enrolled either at one single station or distributed to several workstations of the MB getID ENROLLMENT CLIENT. Workflow routines are designed according to project requirements. The data capture tasks usually include:
- Demographic data
Textual data, such as names, date of birth, address, etc. are enrolled here. A reactive user interface with predefined lists and constraint marks guides the enrollment officer. - Biometric data
Face, fingerprints, iris and signature can be captured live using integrated peripheral devices. Quality checks and image enhancement are available. - Document digitization
Supporting documents such as birth certificate, certificate of citizenship etc. can be scanned and stored for verification purposes. - Report printout
A printed summary report can serve as an enrollment receipt to be presented during handover of the final document.
