An Automated Biometric Identification Solution (ABIS) is an identification system based on multiple biometric features. It is used to identify and verify a person based on biometric features like finger prints, face and iris.
MB ABIS is a mandatory part of an Identity Management System for issuing secure and trustworthy documents and is strictly required by ICAO. Additionally, for an entry-exit solution of immigration, the MB ABIS is an additional security feature and required by national and international regulations.
