IMPORTANT NOTE
Dear runners and Nordic walkers,
As the health of all our athletes, volunteers and sponsors is very important to us, we have to tell you with a heavy heart that this year's 16th Mühlbauer donation run, as well as the 2nd Europe Cup Challenge Trophy, the European Championship 10 kms and the 6th International German Nordic Walking Championship 10 kms cannot take place due to the current situation.
However, we hope that, as soon as the situation allows it, we will find an alternative date for the event.
Of course, we will inform you about the new date as soon as possible!

Award Ceremony
Award ceremony for the following donation runs will take place directly after the finish:
Youth, Pupils, Bambini runs
For all other donation runs, the award ceremony will take place in the festival tent at 05.00 p.m.

The first 3 runners of every run will receive an Award and price.
THE ROUTE FOR SATURDAY, May 16, 2020
The running route starts at the parking lot of the Mühlbauer Group and leads through a nearby forest. The 12.5 km route consists of two rounds, the 18.75 km route of three rounds of 6.25 km.
Pupils and Bambini Run lead along a short route near the Mühlbauer site.

Late registrations can be made the day of the event until 30 minutes before all donation runs. In this case, a €5.- extra charge is payable.
Bib numbers can be picked up from May 11 - 15, 2020 between 9.00 a.m. and 6.00 p.m. at City Fit (Mühlbauer Group) or the day of the event from 9.00 a.m. in the registration tent.

Parking:
On the day of our event, sufficient parking will be available in the marked areas.
Valuables:
Valuables and sport bags can be deposited at the starting/finishing area. The disposal and pick up is possible by showing your starting number. The organizer does not take responsibility for any valuables.
Cancellation/Refund:
In the case of a cancellation, the registration fee will not be refunded. The transfer of a starting number (changing or rewriting) is not permitted. No refund of the registration fee!
Liability exclusion:
In the event of participation in the European Championship 10 KM, 2nd Europe-Cup Challenge Trophy and 6th German Nordic Walking Championships (10-km) and respectively or the 16th Mühlbauer Charity Run, I acknowledge the exclusion of liability for damages of any kind of the organizer. I will not lodge any claim for damages or injury neither against the organiser or the sponsors of the event nor the municipality of Roding or its representatives, arising of my participation in the event. Hereby I confirm having trained sufficiently and being in a good physical condition. I agree that the information provided by registration, and any pictures, films or interviews made in conjunction with my participation in the event can be used in broadcasting, television, advertising, books and copies without any right to compensation from my side. I ensure the correctness of my date of birth and that I will not give my starting number to another person.
