Administrative Application Approval

In order to ensure that the enrolled data is reliable and to eliminate fraud attempts, in certain cases applications have to be verified by a higher-ranking officer. A rule can be established for certain cases to automatically require approval, or the enrollment officer can request approval of a specific application.

An approval officer is a specially authorized user who can decide whether applications may continue the usual way or whether they require correction or cancellation, for example. Moreover, this officer is responsible for resolving identity conflicts. If the system detects any conflicting identity data, the approval officer can review relevant information in the MB getID APPROVAL CLIENT and decide if potential duplicates match or not.
