Material Management
MB INCAPE features an inventory management application, which is called the Warehouse system. Representing the current situation of all materials on stock, the Warehouse system allows to manage, track, sort incoming and outgoing blank or personalized documents and control the complete material flow during production and personalization.
Warehouse provides functionality for:
- Automatically or manually assigning material to personalization jobs
- Tracking blank documents, consumables, and personalized documents
- Tracking operators’ responsibilities for batches of cards or booklets.
The Warehouse operators can check or update the stock levels during production or for administration purposes (e.g. inventory reconciliation). Each operator’s access rights are defined according to their particular tasks, so the Warehouse database is protected against unauthorized modification.
